Just checking in to see if Target is still preparing for the Prairie Apocalypse…?

Oh yes.

My Vietnamese work grandma came through big today. I showed up with Mongolian BBQ chicken and she upped it with spicy cabbage.

I had some scones as well, so quite a balanced brunch.

Vietnamese Grandma says that I don’t look good and I need some rice. All of this is true. I’ll look like poop all day for a bowl of fried rice.
